Today is Day 11 of the Bepure cleanse and I’m feeling pretty good! I was traveling this past weekend to celebrate Passover with my family in Washington, D.C. Normally, I do really well with traveling, but I was a little more tired than usual and got a good 10 hours of sleep last night. I woke up this morning and started my day with some oatmeal and an apple after my Bepure morning formulation with a glass of water with lime juice.
Now it is about noon, and I’m getting ready to make lunch. Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go grocery shopping last night, so I’ll be keeping it pretty simple – two eggs (local, free-range), scrambled, with some organic salsa verde. I’ll be hitting the grocery store later today – so tomorrow I’ll be back on my normal delicious meal schedule! I’m feeling slightly under the weather, not sure if it is from traveling and not getting much sleep on Saturday (stayed up pretty late dancing with my cousins). I took some Vitamin D3, Quint-Essence, Mag/Cal, and Tracite with my breakfast – so hopefully that’ll boost my immune system and keep me from getting sick. I’ll have to pick up a bottle of Vitamin C, as I’m out of it and fruit.
So, aside from traveling, being a little tired, and welcoming April with a FREEZING cold day…my cleanse is going very well! I haven’t noticed many changes – a little change in digestion, more BMs than usual, about 3 per day. My skin is looking a lot better than it had in most of March. I had a pretty bad breakout the 2nd week of March and it is finally starting to clear up. I’m needing more sleep than usual, but am waking up bright eyed and bushy tailed – so that is good! I kept up with my workout routine while on vacation with running and doing yoga at home most days. I’m excited to get back into the yoga studio after class tonight – my body could use the warmth right now.
Well that is my quick update as we head into the 2nd week of the cleanse. How are you feeling? Let me know if you have any questions, concerns, suggestions, or feedback – I’d love to hear from you!
Until next time, stay pure!
