How to remove stored acid, how to oxygenate your cells, safely, quickly and effectively

Getting the body into an alkaline state can be accomplished in a relatively short period of time when we consider that it takes years to create “acidic cells”. If we keep a constant diet of acid-forming foods, at some point the body becomes incapable of purging acid from the tissues. When this occurs, the potential for disease is increased because the cells can’t get enough oxygen and good nutrients to do their job.
Keep in mind that the body MUST maintain the proper pH balance in the blood at all times. There are certain things the body cannot compromise on and maintaining proper blood pH is crucial to survival. So the body will rob minerals from other areas, like the bones, in order to keep the blood level correct or it will store waste in the tissues to maintain the proper level in the blood.
Think about how great you feel after you’ve been sick. Your body has purged itself of waste and in so doing, you’ve not been able to eat or drink as you normally do. So you kind of go on a mini-detox. Maybe you eat just soup for a couple of days as well. You lay off processed, heavy foods and sweets, maybe cut back on smoking, coffee and certainly alcohol. When your illness passes, you feel really great. You’ve dumped a lot of acid and there’s more oxygen in your entire body now.
In order to safely and gently remove the acidic waste that may be in the tissues, bone, skin, all areas of the body, it’s best to start with a safe and effective cleanse for a period of about 21 days not to exceed 30 days. I recommend using the Bepure Cleansing System. It’s a good idea to make changes in your diet while you are taking the cleanse. This would include getting rid of extremely acid forming foods like white sugar, white flour, meat, milk and all that is made from it, soft drinks (not so soft really), alcohol, coffee, tobacco, drugs and black teas. Eating a diet rich in fresh raw foods like fruits and fresh squeezed veggie juices are powerful alkalizing agents when consumed in the raw enzyme rich state. Brown rice and adzuki beans are great foods for keeping the body alkaline while supplying excellent nutrient content and protein. I also recommend taking some enzymes, vitamins and minerals before and after a cleanse. This helps prepare the body safely for the cleansing cycle and helps the body return to a heavier diet, after the cleanse.
Once a cleanse has been successfully completed it’s important to continue to eat alkaline foods and ingest alkalizing mineral, vitamin and enzyme supplements. The research is clear … minerals and enzymes are excellent alkalizing agents. Minerals extract the acids from within the cells and neutralize them allowing the body to eliminate them naturally from the system. The fulvic acids incorporated in Bepure, as well as Quint-Essence are a miraculous chelating compound and transport for nutrients to the cells. Fulvic acids immediately bond with heavy metals, free-radicals to either change them into something the body can use or shuttle it out. They are phenomenal agents of nature.
A vegetarian diet is far superior to any other diet in significant ways, particularly as it effectively alkalizes the body. Eating vegetables supplies a much higher oxygen content than other diets. Each cell that is acidified cannot take up the required oxygen needed to sustain life and burn energy. All cells require oxygen and it’s primarily your diet and supplement program that will insure that the oxygen is available.
An exercise program of some sort is really important for the lymph system which is not directly pumped like the blood. So physical movement is very important in helping the lymph fluid rid itself of waste.
