Yes. The preferred choice are organic, vegetarian fed, truly free range on a farm and not free range in a huge cage or stuffed building. If you can buy local, all the better. Good eggs are worth paying more for.

No. Fruits and vegetables with a thick skin like bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, pineapple, kiwi, melons are okay to buy non-organic. Sometimes you can find produce that is not certified organic but the label states grown without herbicides and pesticides, this would be a good choice.

Wash all fruits and vegetables well, even those mentioned above, before slicing or peeling with a knife. Bacteria and parasites can be transferred into the product from the knife.

Herbal cleanses traditionally include significant herbal laxatives and fiber that bulk up the bowel and induce intestinal purging. Bepure works differently. The weakest system will produce the strongest reaction. Constipation is a reaction to imbalance. You must increase your fiber intake with your diet and drink more water (see FAQ about water). There are many types of fiber to choose from. Adding fiber to a cleanse is a cheap way to "enhance" a cleanse for an increase in bowel movements that can be stated as "cleansing". Not everyone can benefit from one type of fiber, and what is an effective dose in a capsule for one person, may not be for another. For constipation you may experiment with adding different types of fiber into your diet, try the following:

Drink plenty of water

Apples and fresh raw vegetables

Ground flax seed (store it in the refrigerator)

Bran - lightly sweetened muffins (preferably organic, homemade)

Bran cereals - un-sweetened (sweeten at home with Agave, honey, organic maple syrup, stevia)

Yes and these symptoms of detoxifying should go away shortly. First make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Consider cutting back on the dosage of the formula, if tiredness continues beyond 4-5 days. Do take extra time to sleep. Any mild exercise is crucial to keep the lymph fluid flowing and improve circulation.

 

This will pass in a few days. Check for any other symptoms of illness, such as fever, loss of appetite and fatigue. If no other symptoms exist, massage the swollen glands and do some light walking everyday, light bouncing such as a little jump rope or jogging is extremely good for the lymph fluid.
